After applying a new license to switch from hybrid to On-Premise deployment, I still do not see the option to switch to On-Premise mode? - c06381284

When PrinterOn's support converts a hybrid license file to an On-Premise license, the following option also needs to be set to Yes.

"Disconnected Allowed: Yes"

Modify the above option and get a copy of the updated license file. Once the updated license is applied to the server, you should see the On-Premise deployment mode as an option in the drop-down list under the licensing tab when you log into PrinterOn Configuration Manager.

NOTE:

Only the PrinterOn Support team has access to make the change to allow a print site to be in On-Premise mode.

This option is available while logged into the PrinterOn.com web administration portal, then 'Manage Licenses'.
