After upgrading to PrinterOn Enterprise, IMCAS component does not come online - c06705867

To resolve, stop the Central Print Services service on the machine

Then, navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)\ PrinterOn Corporation\Apache Tomcat\webapps and copy the imcas folder out of that file path to another known location

Start the Central Print Services (CPS) service again

If you were logged into PrinterOn Configuration Manager while doing this, log out and back in to see the changes reflected


Applies to PrinterOn Enterprise 4.1.3 specifically, issue does not exist in PrinterOn Enterprise 4.1.4 and later.
