Component Unavailable - IMCAS - c06900915
The PrinterOn Configuration Manager shows error 'Component Unavailable' while trying to access the Users menu item.
Things to Check:

Validate that the Central Print Service (CPS) is running, you can do this in a couple ways:
- Navigate to the Microsoft Windows service panel and confirm that the CPS service is running on the machine, if the service is not running start the service then wait about 3 minutes then check the printers tab again.
- Navigate in the PrinterOn Configuration Manager, select the 'Services' tab to see if the service is running, if the service is not running start the service then wait about 3 minutes then check the printers tab again.

Validate the SQL service is running, this can be accomplished in a couple ways:
- Navigate to the Microsoft Windows service panel and confirm that the Microsoft SQL service is running on the machine, if the service is not running start the service then restart the CPS service and wait about 5 minutes then check the printers tab again.
- Navigate in the PrinterOn Configuration Manager, select the 'Services' tab to see if the Microsoft SQL service is running, if the service is not running start the service then restart the CPS service and wait about 5 minutes then check the printers tab again.
- Validate that the SQL server is accessible from the machine where the CPS is installed and running
