Email Plugin service will not start - Unable to connect to Mailbox - c06314500
While connecting to a Microsoft Exchange mail server with Microsoft Outlook installed on the PrinterOn Enterprise solution, the Pasport service (Email Plugin) will not start.
Create a new MAPI mail profile while logged into the server as the same user who will be running the PrinterOn Enterprise solution services.
Applies to PrinterOn Enterprise 2.x and later. Note as of PrinterOn Enterprise 4.x MAPI is no longer supported as an email protocol.
