Error message PWC5243 - c06362513

When using the PrintWhere application the error message PWC5243 is displayed.

The error message PWC5243 indicates there is a communication issue from the PrintWhere application to the service, specifically the Central Print Services (CPS). To troubleshoot complete these steps:

1. Verify if connection to the CPS exists by navigating directly to https://127.0.0.1/cps on the machine where the CPS is installed
2. Validate that the hard drive of the machine hosting the PrinterOn Enterprise solution has enough space, ( PrinterOn recommends minimum 5 Gig free hard drive space)
