How can I retrieve log files from my Samsung device? - c06316704

Using the steps below we can retrieve log files form the Samsung devices XOA or GV

XOA devices:

http:/ /[ printer or MFP IP]/ shp_pon.sws / adminpages / PonTechModeView.sws

eg. http://172.16.100.183/shp_pon.sws/adminpages/PonTechModeView.sws

GV devices :

http ://[printer or MFP IP]/ sws /service_mode_printeron.html

eg. http://192.168.1.12/sws/service_mode_printeron.html

NOTE:

Only applies to Samsung printers that support the XOA application or the GV devices .
