How can I see logs from the ACM? - c06617228

PrintAnywhere has ACM (Access Control Module) logs (Rendering Application Logs), by default these are turned OFF. In a situation where one type of file is failing to process correctly, these logs come in handy to find the error the Rendering Application is throwing.

To enable this logging: Add a new entry in the registry in this location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ PrinterOn Corporation\ PrintAnywhere Add a new 32 bit DWORD called EnableAppLog Set the Data value to 10 Decimal

Restart the PrintAnywhere Processing Server service and send a print job Depending on your version, the logs will appear in one of these file paths after the job is processed:

  • C:\Program Files\ PrinterOn Corporation\ PrintAnywhere \Application Logs
  • C:\ProgramData\PrinterOn Corporation\ PONData \Logs\ PrintAnywhere \Application Logs

NOTE:

Applies to PrinterOn Enterprise 3.x and later.
