How do I map my printers currently configured within the PrinterOn.com website to the actual printers within my environment? - c06302863

Utilizing the steps below allows the administrator of the PrinterOn Enterprise solution will be able to map the PrinterOn printers to the physical printers within the organization.

1. Login to the PrinterOn Configuration Manager.
2. Select Advanced, then components.
3. Select Configure on the Print Delivery Station.
4. Select the Printers tab.
5. Select Edit on the printer to be configured.
6. Configure the Output Destination with the IP address of the share name of the printer.
   • If the print queue has been added to the machine selecting the MAP option will display all the printers from the devices and printers menu.
   • If on a network selecting the Map Network will search the network for print servers or printers to display (this search my return no results if it takes too long)
7. Select the Apply Settings to save and commit the changes.
