How do students locate the web service - c06308998

The administrator of the Printing service would need to communicate to the students how they can print through the PrinterOn solution.

The administrator has a number of options:

1. Create a DNS entry and provide it to the users, a DNS entry most commonly used would be print.company.com (recommended approach).
2. Provide the IP address of the server running the PrinterOn service
3. Create a QR Code that the users can scan on the mobile device and gain access to the PrinterOn printing service
