When does PrinterOn cease to provide support for a previously released version of the PrinterOn Enterprise solution?

There is typically an 18 month development cycle.

For example, when 4.1 comes out, 18 months starts ticking down for development support of the previous version, 4.0. 18 months after 4.1 comes out, 4.0 is no longer supported for development changes (like bug fixes and code changes, etc.).

If there is a printing error that is just configuration related, PrinterOn may continue to support it indefinitely. If we can't resolve the printing error with the existing version, we may request an upgrade.
