How to change a printer name in PrinterOn Enterprise - c06646207

1. Log into the PrinterOn Configuration Manager.
   NOTE:
   This connection likely requires that the administrator is on the same network as the server hosting the software.
2. Navigate to the Printers tab.
3. Expand the printer that requires updating.
4. Click Configure.
5. Expand the Printer Configuration section.
   The Printer Description field is the label shown in web print and mobile apps, and the PrinterOn Name field would be the actual printer alias name used for email and PrintWhere submissions.
6. Make the desired changes and then click "Apply Settings".
7. From the Printers tab, click the gear icon in the PrinterOn Printers banner to Synchronize PDG and PDS (ensure all are successful).

This will update the printer name shown in the PDG and PDS specific configurations.
