How to change or remove the footer from an email response - c06900893
This article provides steps on how to change or remove the email footer from the response email sent by the PrinterOn Enterprise solution.
- Navigate to the default directory: C:\ProgramData\PrinterOn Corporation\ PONData \ PrintAnywhere \Messages\EN_US
- Make a backup of the file named (put the backup in a different directory, preferably on another drive or machine): TEMPLATE_EN_FOOTER_1

Open the file from the directory identified in step #1, named: TEMPLATE_EN_FOOTER_1

To disable the footer - Change the contents to (changes highlighted in yellow, with red font):

- Thank you for using the PrintSpots Mobile Printing Solution.< br >< br >
- Powered by PrinterOn < br ><A href ="www.printeron.com">www.printeron.com</a><br>
- ---------------< br -->
- The change comments out the entire section of the footer so it will no longer be included in the response
- To change the footer - Modify the footer to reflect the required information (Note: you might need a html programmer for more advanced changes).

- Save the file
- Restart the PrinterOn PrintAnywhere Processing, Status and Email plugin services
- Resend another test email print job then confirm the footer no longer appears or the changes are reflected
NOTE:
Applies to PrinterOn Enterprise 2.x and later. For PrinterOn Enterprise 2.x the default folder structure is: C:\ProgramData\PrinterOn Corporation\ PrintAnywhere \Messages\EN_US
