How to confirm what file format was recognized for an individual print job - c06404349

Within the Status Server logs, you may see some lines which indicate the job cannot be processed due to an unsupported file format.

In PAS, formats have different IDs and most formats can be processed with more than one application.

Locate the unique identifier (not the ID but the longer number contained in curly brackets {}) within this file: C:\ProgramData\PrinterOn Corporation\ PONData \ PrintAnywhere \Config\User\FormatManager.xml

The PrinterOn Configuration Manager uses this file to display Formats and Application tabs in PAS settings.

In the above example, searching for 0060d0f0-912c-01c2-ad00-1086643dd3ac in the FormatManager.xml file should find the following:
