How to Disable Hibernate Mode in Windows 10? - c06409680

Right-click on the Start button and choose Command Prompt (Admin) from the pop-up menu. If you are prompted by the User Account Control asking if you want to allow this program to make changes to your computer, click Yes to proceed.

  1. In the Command Prompt window, type powercfg /hibernate off and press the Enter key. Exit the Command Prompt window.
  2. To enable hibernate in Windows 10, open the Command Prompt again and type powercfg /hibernate on and press the Enter key
