How to downgrade the Print Delivery Station - c06300352

Using the steps below will allow the administrator of the PrinterOn solution to downgrade the Print Delivery Station software.

  1. On the machine that has Print Delivery Station installed, for example 4.0.2
  2. Download the version of the Print Delivery Station you want to downgrade to (e.g 3.2.5)
  3. Using the Programs and features menu, remove the currently installed version of the Print Delivery Station
  4. Run the installation of the new version of the Print Delivery Station you want to install
  5. Complete the installation and reboot the machine if required

Applies to the Print Delivery Station 3.x and later.
