How to Online" and "Offline" Printspot?" - c06381325

Using the steps below a Professional Services contact can turn on or off access to a print site from the PrinterOn Global directory

  1. Log in to the Printspot
  2. Ensure the following;
    • Printspot License State: Licensed[Change]
    • Printspot Offline State: Online[Change]

NOTE:

Applies to PrinterOn public. Turning on and off a site is typically within the PrinterOn Order desk's role, should the site be required to be turned on validate this request with the PrinterOn order desk first.
