How to prepend the domain name in front of the print job owner? - c06375144

This requirement is often seen in environments that utilize a Print Management solution, complete the steps below to setup the domain\usernmae:

1. Login to the PrinterOn Configuration Manager
2. Select the ‘Authentication’ tab
3. Edit on the LDAP profile configure
4. Enable the ‘Prepend Windows Domain Name to User ID’ option
5. Type in the windows domain that you need (the domain name will not automatically populate)
6. Save the settings
7. Restart the Central Print Services
8. Submit another print request
