How to use the PrinterOn LMS system? - c06706643

By using the steps below, any PrinterOn employee can create and post content to the PrinterOn Learning Management system ( ), and provide that content to learners to consume.

Step 1:

Create the content that will be added to the PrinterOn LMS system. The content being created can exist in any of the formats below:

  1. Microsoft Powerpoint (ppt/pptx)
  2. ODP (Open Office Presentation)
  3. PDF
  4. Image files (PNG, GIF, JPG)
  5. HTML Web page
  6. Video files (MP4, AVI, MPEG-2, MOV, FLV)
  7. Audio files (MP3, WMA)
  8. SCORM files

Step 2:

Send the created content to the training team through Save the content on a cloud service if the content is too large, then provide the shared link to the training team.

Step 3:

Provide information to the training team about the learners that will be taking the training, these are the required details:

  1. Firstname
  2. Lastname
  3. Email address

What happens next: Learners will be invited to the training content, and a weekly report can be provided on the progress of the users as they navigate through the content.
