Increasing the PAS Queue size - c06300296

PROBLEM:

Status server log files shows error message:

EXCEPTION: Server Queue full, unable to accept request at this time. Increasing the amount of jobs held in the status server queue allows more jobs to be held in the queue

SOLUTION :

Open up the PrinterOn Configuration Manager

Select Advanced, then Components

Configure on the PrintAnywhere Server

Select the Job Settings tab

Change the 'Max Pending Requests Queue Size

NOTE:

Changing this value means that the users may experience delays in receiving their print requests at the printer or the Print queue
