Installation or upgrade fails with message Could not start PON S3"" - c06429555

Symptom:

During installation or upgrade, this message appears and after pressing OK, the components are uninstalled:

Cause:

This is due to long admin user password being entered at the prompt for an admin account to run PrintAnywhere services.

Resolution:

Change admin user password to 25 characters or less. The maximum length of the password is 25 characters
