Is Nuance iQ supported with PrinterOn - c06367037

Short answer is no.

The Nuance I-Queue is a queue built with a Nuance specific universal print driver which helps administrators of the Nuance Equitrac print management system to choose only 1 print driver to use instead of many. The queue is smart enough to make changes based on the selected printer, therefore the PrinterOn Enterprise solution is not able to use this print driver.

To get around the issue, create a virtual printer on the print server using a random PCL driver. Configure the print queue with the Nuance CAS (Core Accounting Server). Lastly map that virtual print Queue with PrinterOn PDS (Print Delivery Station) , then submit additional print jobs and validate delivery to the new print queue.
