Managed Service - How do we handle a request by a customer to install a driver - Single Tenant Cloud service - c06884761

Issue:

A customer in a single tenant managed service requires a custom driver

Resolution:

1. Install the required driver
2. Make note of the change in the customers confluence page under 'Change Management'.
   That page can be navigated from this link https://tools.printeron.com/confluence/display/MAN/Customer+Specific+Configurations
3. Please also save a copy of the driver installer on the Confluence page in the event the servers need to be rebuilt

If a reinstallation is ever required, the change management page will identify the additional drivers that will need to be added.
