Managed Service - How do we handle a request by a customer to install a driver - Single Tenant Cloud service - c06378036

ISSUE

A customer in a single tenant managed service requires a custom driver

Resolution

  1. Install the required driver
  2. Make note of the change in the customers confluence page under 'Change Management'. That page can be navigated from this link https://tools.printeron.com/confluence/display/MAN/Customer+Specific+Configurations
  3. Please also save a copy of the driver installer on the Confluence page in the event the servers need to be rebuilt

If a reinstallation is ever required, the change management page will identify the additional drivers that will need to be added.
