- From the Microsoft Windows command prompt type “mmc -32” .
- Choose File - Add or Remove Snap-In.
- Add Component Services & click OK.
- Expand Component Services - Computers - My Computer.
- Select DCOM Config.

- Microsoft Excel 97 -2003 Document.
- Microsoft PowerPoint 97 -2003 Document.

- Right-click and select Properties.
- Select the Identity tab.
- Select “This User” and enter the credentials of the local administrator user who is running PrintAnywhere, click Apply.
