How to navigate the IPhone mobile application

To save printers to your “My Printers”:

1. Open PrinterOn App.
2. Go into Search tab from icons on the bottom.
3. Search for printer by keyword or select Nearby for printers close to you.
4. Select it to enter the Details page.
5. Press Options button and click Save.
6. The printer is now listed in your My Printers area of the app.

Save printers to Contacts:

You also have the ability to save the printer to your Contacts which makes forwarding emails simple as the printer will appear in your address book.

1. To print an attachment right from an email:
2. Open Mail.
3. Open the email message with the attachment you want to print.
4. Press and hold the attachment.
5. Select Open in PrinterOn.
6. The Print page will load.
7. You can choose to search for a new printer, or select one you have already saved.
8. Highlight the printer you want to use and press Select.
9. The Print button in the top right corner is now selectable.
10. Press it and you will be asked for your email address.
    NOTE:
    To make this faster, you can enter your email address in the Settings tab of the app and it will be automatically populated.
11. Press the Green arrow and you will be brought to the Printing page.
12. Once the job has been processed, a Privacy Release Code will be displayed and you can press Done.

To print a photo:

1. Open PrinterOn App.
2. Go into Print tab from icons on the bottom.
3. Select the Photo Album icon.
4. Choose an image to print.
5. Press Select.
6. The Print page will load.
7. You can choose to search for a new printer, or select one you have already saved.
8. Highlight the printer you want to use and press Select.
9. The Print button in the top right corner is now selectable.
10. Press it and you will be asked for your email address.
    NOTE:
    To make this faster, you can enter your email address in the Settings tab of the app and it will be automatically populated.
11. Press the Green arrow and you will be brought to the Printing page.
12. Once the job has been processed, a Privacy Release Code will be displayed and you can press Done.

To retrieve a release code:

1. Open PrinterOn App.
2. Go into Jobs tab from the icons on the bottom.
3. Your job history will be displayed including release codes.
