Network PrintValets - no network activity lights when connected to active network - c06328852

When booting up the Network PrintValet for the first time, the network activity lights flash briefly and then die. The device never picks up a DHCP IP address.

The issue is that the network speed is too fast for the Network PrintValet Check that the Network Port this Network PrintValet is attached to is configured to auto-negotiate its speed and duplex settings.

We know that when using a 100MB Full Duplex connection, the Network PrintValets do not establish their connection and no link lights are shown.
