Open Office documents are not printing Error 00098 - c06353663

If you did not install Open Office using the same service account you used to install PrinterOn Server,

  • uninstall Open Office
  • restart server
  • login as the same service account
  • install Open Office.

Once Open Office is installed, login to PrinterOn configuration manager, Advanced à Components and application. Scroll to the bottom and click on Auto Configure Settings and apply.
