Print jobs being sent through the PrinterOn Enterprise solution error out with the error message: Print exception 204: An error has occurred in initializing printing.

Troubleshooting steps:

1. Validate that a local administrative account is being used to run the PrinterOn Enterprise solution components
2. Ensure the proper version of the Internet Explorer installed on the machine where the PrinterOn Enterprise solution is deployed (IE 11 or later)
3. If Microsoft Office has been installed on the machine confirm that each of the applications have started atleast once to clear any popups that might appear in the application itself

Configure the DCOM settings for the Microsoft Office applications
