Try removing the Lotus Notes client from the HSE machine, reboot the server, then re-install the Lotus Notes client again.

So, remove the client, restarted the server, reinstall as a single user install (All files reside in the same folder structure), then restarted the server again.

Login to the Lotus Notes Client as the mail file that will be used to validate Lotus Notes can and does open.

Launch the mail client, see if the mail file opens without error and send several test prints to verify
