PQMS settings cannot be saved - c06362534
Symptoms:
- PQMS print queue would not save
- Warning icon shown next to the printer attempting to be saved
- Could not map PQMS printer message shown when hovering over the icon
- PDG logs include this line:
- [INFO] ApiClient : Responding to request from a0d21b57-bd2c-44ce-ba66-ea0048d8ce36 with exception: fieldName = printerMappingsPQMS [ HP LJ ],errorCode=validation.pqms.couldNotMapPrinter,defaultErrorMsg=Could not map pqms printer.;
Possible Resolutions:
- Ensure the driver set on the Windows Print Queue is a Type 3 driver
- Ensure the user who is logged into the server during configuration has Local Admin rights

As PDG will generally be installed on a print server, ensure the LPD service is started.
Logger: LPD Port is disabled. - Restart the print spooler
