Printer is offline message is shown during the web upload print submission - c06358463

This could be due to a few reasons:

  1. The printer name is changed or deleted
  2. The printer Delivery Station service is not running
  3. If there is a Print Delivery HUB installed, the print delivery HUB serivce is not running
  4. PrinterOn processing server service is not able to communicate to Print Delivery Station or Print Delivery HUB over the predefined ports
  5. Validate the server address and the port number under printer's "output location" setting is correct. The correct address is the address of the machine that hosts PDS or PDH service
