Process - How to create PrintSpot from New Install case" Ticket" - c06361135

  1. Sales Support will create a SalesForce Ticket
  2. PS to accept the SalesForce Ticket and Review the New Install Case Notes [PO, Sales Order, Referral Codes etc]
  3. Login to PrintSpot Cloud Portal - https://www.printeron.net/Page?PAGE=PrintspotLogin
  4. Create the Printspot as required with the relevant information
  5. Share the Login and Printspot details to Partner/Customer via the SalesForce Email Function
  6. Update Salesforce Ticket - Invoice
  7. SalesForce Ticket can be closed after SalesSupport had updated to "Waiting Test Print"
