Process to create an HP Jira - c06409110

Hello All, This is what we agreed to in today’s meeting (it can always be refined)

1. For new issues, an email needs to be send to Dharmesh, cc: Jeff
2. The subject of the email - “NEW Jira - <urgency> Customer”
   ie NEW Jira – High Priority – Acme Company
3. Use the template below to provide information to Dharmesh in an email

Dharmesh will create the Jira in the HP system and from the Jira comments notify you of the Jira number by doing an @<name> so you get a message
