Processing and/or Status servers won't start - c06296803

  1. Log into PrinterOn Configuration Manager.
  2. Choose the General Settings tab.
  3. Change Log Level to TRACE.

If logs indicate "PrintWhere not detected on this machine", verify that PrintWhere is installed.

If it is not, run a repair of the PSIM.exe to get it installed.

If it is , check the Local Administrators Group and ensure the user running these services is a member.

If they are not, add them, and start the services again.
