Processing and/or Status servers won't start - c06296803
- Log into PrinterOn Configuration Manager.
- Choose the General Settings tab.
- Change Log Level to TRACE.
If logs indicate "PrintWhere not detected on this machine", verify that PrintWhere is installed.
If it is not, run a repair of the PSIM.exe to get it installed.
If it is , check the Local Administrators Group and ensure the user running these services is a member.
If they are not, add them, and start the services again.
