Error received when submitting an email print job to the printing service - PTS10265: The PrinterOn Mobile Printing Service for this printer is currently inactive

Possible causes:

• The annual subscription/maintenance & support for the printing service has not been renewed
• User is sending their email print to the incorrect address which matches the name of a printer associated with an offline service
• Enterprise email configuration is incorrect and the wrong printer name is retrieved during the print process. This can be verified by the printer name in the reply email - it likely does not match the address the jobs was submitted to.

Contact the point of sale to renew the subscription of the printing service. Once the renewal has been received the printing service will then be re-enabled at which point the printing service will being to work again.
