TCP Port exhaustion- statusserver.exe - c06317187

The issue is caused by wrong configuration created by the PrinterOn Configuration Manager

The following values should be updated for adding new Reflection Server to the cluster:

HTTPAPIport: the value entered by the user as Request Port (default 5400)

routerNotifyTimeout: 600000

supportHTTPAPI: 1

serverState: if enabled is checked, set to 1 (PAS_Server_State_Online), otherwise 2 (PAS_Server_State_Offline)

As a workaround, these values can be updated manually in ReflectionServer configuration in StatusServerConfig.xml on all servers in the cluster.

All machines should be restarted after the change.

In their Status Server Config for each server clustered, make these changes:

HTTPAPIport: this was previously set to "1" and I changed to "5400"

routerNotifyTimeout: this was previously set to "0" and I changed to "600000 "

supportHTTPAPI: this was previously set to "0" and I changed to "1"

Same changes need to be made on the other clustered Status server.

NOTE:

Applies to PrinterOn Enterprise 3.2.4 and earlier
