Below are the contents of an AirPrint mobileconfig profile which was generated using Apple Configurator 2. The highlighted lines are the values which Apple Configurator prompts for. The IP address string should reference the machine where Print Delivery Gateway (PDG) has been installed and the ResourcePath would be the PrinterOn Printer Number assigned to the queue you're defining. The PayloadDisplayName is just a label which users will see when installing the Profile.
