What information to collect for email Printing issues with PrinterOn public (Hosted) service? - c06381299

If you run into an issue with email , we need you to look at the email header properties. There are 4 mail servers that PAS uses. PSMTP05,06,07,08 . Each PAS Server with Status/PasPort ( which we have 4 of ) connects to mail server.

If you can get more information , this will help narrow any email issues down to possibly one server.

I’ve highlighted what you need to look for in the header information for the response back from PAS.

The Received: from psmtp05.prod.printeron.net (host136.235.printeron.net is very important.
