Why do my PrintAnywhere and Print Spooler services restart every night? - c06382784

The restarting of the services is a standard function of the PrinterOn Enterprise solution. It is a System Monitor that refreshes services (including the Windows printing subsystem) every day at 2:30 am by default.

To change the frequency or time of this monitoring:

1. Log into PONCONF
2. Navigate to Advanced-> Components-> PrintAnywhere Server -> Recovery
3. Under the System Monitor heading, adjust the time and frequency as desired
4. Apply Settings when complete
