After installation and reboot, most tabs dispaly the error Component unavailable - c06234680

The PrinterOn Enterprise solution is designed to be installed on a Microsoft Windows machine running Windows installed in English or Korean.

Steps to resolution:

  • Review the logs of the PrinterOn Enterprise solution, check for errors in the PrinterOn solution log files.
  • Validate if the Ponconf.log file located here by default shows the error message "Cannot find an agent of type: CPS " : C:\ProgramData\PrinterOn Corporation\ PONData \Configurator
  • Install the PrinterOn Enterprise solution on an English or Korean O/S.
