All colored documents are printing in Black and White on my HP printer - c06238030

HP universal PCL6 print drivers are defaulted to black and white printing, a two-way communication between the machine where the print driver is being configured and the printer is required to enable color printing (a feature built within the print driver). The PrinterOn solution does not have the capability for a two-way communication to printers in most environments and as such the HP universal PCL6 print driver that has been installed might only work with its default setting of color option being disabled.

Installing the following HP universal PCL6 print driver which has the color printing option enabled by default, may address the issue:
