Are print jobs lost if the machine hosting the PrinterOn Enterprise solution crashes? - c06229985

When a user submits a print request through the PrinterOn Enterprise solution, if the system crashes, the point at which the document was interrupted will determine what happens to the print request:

1. If the system crashed when the document has reached the Print Delivery Station (PDS), then NO. Once the system comes back online then the PDS will try to deliver the document again to the printer or print queue.
2. If the system crashed during or before the document was rendered then the document would be purged and the user would have to send the document again through the PrinterOn Enterprise solution.
