For Airprint and Internet Printing Protocol (IPP) print workflows to be successful, the PrinterOn Print Delivery Gateway (PDG) need to be installed on the same network that the users are on OR must be accessible from the network where the users reside.

When using PDG to broadcast the Airprint printers (via Bonjour), PDG must be on the same subnet as the users in order for them to receive the broadcast.

Applies to PrinterOn Enterprise 3.x and later.

As of PinterOn Enterprise 4.1 the PrinterOn Enterprise solution can advertise the printers using multiple adapters added to the machine hosting the PrinterOn Enterprise solution.
