Yes, a printer can be configured to support both black and white output as well as colour output.

A different price can be set for each option of paper size, duplex setting and colour:

If when reviewing the virtual printer's Payment & Authorization tab, the pricing details are not available for each option, it may be a case that the printer needs to be re-created. This functionality has not always been available, and if the virtual printer was created prior to this feature, it may not display correctly. Once a new printer is created, all pricing options will be available to the administrator.
