Yes, PrinterOn can be configured to use Amazon Rational Database Service (RDS) for the SQL Server. In that case, RDS is being used to host an SQL server instead of installing one manually, the configuration steps are similar to using a Remote SQL Server.

While PrinterOn has confirmed that RDS does work with the PrinterOn Enterprise solution, PrinterOn neither has any documentations nor provides any technical support for RDS integration at this point.
