Clicking on a Printer from the Printers tab results in spinning icon and the page never loads - c06234573

When trying to modify a printer, the page does not load and is instead in endless loop.

Steps to resolution:

1. Try using a different web browser if using Internet Explorer.
2. The issue might be caused by the Enhanced Security feature included in Internet Explorer.
   • To disable it on Server 2012:
     1. Launch the Server Manager.
     2. Click Local Server from the left side navigation.
     3. Click "On" next to IE Enhanced Security Configuration.
     4. Set both Administrators and Users to "Off".
     5. Click "OK".
   • To disable it on Server 2008:
     1. Launch the Server Manager.
     2. Within the Security Information section, click "Configure IE ESC".
     3. Set both Administrators and Users to "Off".
     4. Click "OK".
