Email body output appears zoomed in" or scaled" - c06232899

Using the steps below the administrator of the PrinterOn Enterprise solution can implement some changes to troubleshoot the issue where the Email body output appears "zoomed in" or scaled.

Steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Validate that the account being used to run the Microsoft Windows services does have a windows account (login to the machine hosting the PrinterOn Enterprise services components at-least once).
  2. Validate that the user account being used to run the PrinterOn Enterprise services components is a local administrator on the machine (if the account permissions is set after being logged in to the machine, log off and login again).
  3. Confirm that the latest release of the Internet Explorer browser is installed on the machine hosting the PrinterOn Enterprise solution components.
    If Internet Explorer is:
    1. Not installed (locate and download the installation files to install the browser).
    2. Not updated to the latest release (download the updated release of the browser to the machine including any patches or updates).
    3. Not the default browser (change the system settings to make Internet Explorer the default web browser).
  4. Once the changes above have been completed restart the machine hosting the PrinterOn Enterprise solution, then try submitting another print job.
