Enabling Exclusions for the PrinterOn Enterprise Solution - c06231804

In some environments the PrinterOn Enterprise components are showing in a stopped state, with no errors indicating why the service stopped. Using the steps will provide exceptions to the Antivirus solution in order that the PrinterOn Enterprise solution and it's components are not considered to be a threat to the operation of the machine.

Folder level exceptions:

• C:\Porgram Files\PrinterOn Corporation
• C:\Program Files (x86)\PrinterOn Corporation
• C:\ProgramData\PrinterOn Corporation

File level exceptions (default location):

• C:\Program Files\PrinterOn Corporation\PrintAnywhere\ProcessingServer.exe
• C:\Program Files\PrinterOn Corporation\PrintAnywhere\PWCBridge.exe
• C:\Program Files\PrinterOn Corporation\PrintAnywhere\StatusServer.exe
• C:\Program Files\PrinterOn Corporation\PrintWhere 6.0\pwcRoute.exe
• C:\Program Files\PrinterOn Corporation\PrintWhere 6.0\pwcCEX.exe
