Enabling plugin caching for users using PrintWhere's ExternalConfig.xml file instead of a registry key? - c06244701

Within the PrintWhere documentation, it is outlined to add a registry key to enable PlugIn Caching for PrintWhere.

Can this also be done using the xml option to set user configuration?

Currently this setting is not in ExternalConfig, there is no other way to make this change other than the registry
