Error 106 or 105 message received when trying to launch the Print Delivery Station software on the local Microsoft Windows machine - c06231867

While attempting to launch the Print Delivery station the error message appears over top of the UI.

This error typically occurs when the Java Runtime environment has been updated on the machine hosting the Print Delivery Station software.

  1. Uninstall the updated Java versio n using the add/remove programs menu.
  2. Re-install the Java runtime environment that was installed with the Print Delivery Station software.
  3. Run the Print Delivery Station software again and validate the error no longer appears.
  4. If the issue still persists , remove the Print Delivery Station software, the re-install again.
